Chris Northcott

Dr. Chris Northcott, currently working at the museum of Second World War codebreaking at Bletchley Park in the United Kingdom, is also Associate Editor of Eye Spy magazine, for which he is writing a series of articles on intelligence tradecraft. He received his master’s degree in Strategic Studies from Aberystwyth University and Ph.D. in History from the University of Luton. Dr. Northcott previously taught intelligence and security studies at the University of Salford, and American history and war studies at the University of Luton. He is the author of MI5 at War: How MI5 Foiled the Spies of the Kaiser in the First World War (UK: Tattered Flag Press, 2015).
