Carmine Esposito

Dr. Carmine J. Esposito

Dr. Esposito is an associate professor at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, Department of Reconstructive Dentistry.

He is the coordinator of Occlusion and Temporomandibular Disorders and maintains his practice at the university, concentrating primarily on temporomandibular joint (TMJ) therapy. He is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a member of the American Equilibration Society, past chairman of the Dental Anatomy and Occlusion Section of the American Association of Dental Schools, and a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Phi Kappa Phi. He has presented courses on occlusion and temporomandibular disorders throughout the country.

Michael Clear

Michael Clear, D.M.D.

Dr. Clear is a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery, a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a fellow of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Medical Association. He received his D.M.D. at the University of Kentucky and then completed a general practice residency in 1975 at the United States Public Health Service Hospital in New Orleans. Louisiana. He received his oral and maxillofacial surgical residency training at the University of Louisville. Dr. Clear has spent the last 11 years in private practice in oral and maxillofacial surgery in Louisville, Kentucky.

Samuel J. Veal

Samuel J. Veal, D.M.D.

Dr. Veal is a 1956 graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Following a year of postgraduate study at the University of Indiana, he entered the U.S. Navy and served three years. Dr. Veal has been in private practice since 1960 and has been a faculty member of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry since 1962. He is a professor in the Department of Reconstructive Dentistry and is Coordinator of Clinical Occlusion. Dr. Veal is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Equilibration Society, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the Academy of General Dentistry, and is president-elect of the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics.
