Steven F. White

Steven F. White, guest editor of Review 85, teaches Latin American literature at St. Lawrence University. He is the author of Arando el aire: la ecología en la poesía y la música de Nicaragua (2011) and El mundo más que humano en la poesía de Pablo Antonio Cuadra: un estudio ecocrítico (2002). He organized and co-translated Cuadra's Seven Trees against the Dying Light (2007) for Northwestern University Press, as well as a Spanish ecocritical edition of Siete árboles contra el atardecer (y otros poemas ecológicos) (2011) for Veintisiete Letras in Madrid. His article “Written on Earth and Water: Poetry and Ecology in Nicaragua” appeared in World Literature Today
