Jorge Eduardo Arellano

Jorge Eduardo Arellano (Granada, Nicaragua, 1946), former ambassador to Chile, is currently secretary of the Academy of Nicaraguan Geography and History and directs its journal. Poet, narrator, essayist, philologist, and historian, he has published fourteen volumes of poetry, two short novels, four books of stories, investigations of Nicaraguan and Central American literature, and editions of Rubén Darío’s work.
