Improving Sports Science Access for Parents, Teachers and Youth Coaches

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to direct the attention of parents, teachers and coaches to a free 15-hour Coursera course designed to improve the knowledge of youth sport stakeholders of the science behind safely and appropriately enhancing the foundational and sport-specific motor performance abilities of young athletes.
