Abstract
Coaches have a powerful opportunity to facilitate the development of a mindset that helps athletes perform better in both sport and life. Developing an empowering mindset means that coaches need to have a set of tools that can be used with their athletes. This article will highlight three strategies that coaches can use with their athletes, enabling them to perform at their best.
