Call for Books and Media to Review

Page 171 | Published online: 23 Oct 2013

Youth Theatre Journal (YTJ) is now inviting submissions of books and other media relevant to research in the field for a new section devoted to reviews of these materials. It is our hope that these reviews will make a significant contribution to our readers’ ability to navigate and select the materials that may be most relevant to their particular needs and interests. Books dealing with the intersections of childhood and performance, whether focused on education, formal theatre, or performance in culture(s) at large, will be considered for review. Other media such as Web and digital media publications will also be considered. All media should focus on research rather than practice, though writings that consider practice as a focus of/integral to research are welcome. Please note that materials will not be returned to the sender but will remain the property of YTJ and the media reviewers. Book and media reviews will be printed in YTJ as space permits.

Please send books or media to:
