Genevieve Bell

Genevieve Bell Distinguished Professor Genevieve Bell is the director of the School of Cybernetics and the 3A Institute (3Ai) at the Australian National University (ANU), the Florence Violet McKenzie Chair, as well as a vice president and a senior fellow at Intel Corporation. She is a cultural anthropologist, technologist, and futurist best known for her work at the intersection of cultural practice and technology development. She established 3Ai in September 2017 at the ANU in collaboration with CSIRO’s Data61 with the mission of building a new branch of engineering to safely, sustainably, and responsibly take AI-enabled cyber-physical systems to scale. Jim Euchner

Jim Euchner is editor-in-chief of Research-Technology Management and Honorary Professor at Aston University (UK). He previously held senior management positions in innovation leadership at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Pitney Bowes, and Bell Atlantic. He holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Cornell and Princeton Universities, respectively, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is the author of the forthcoming book, Lean Startup in Large Organizations. [email protected]
