Abstract
We, the Editor and Publisher of Women & Criminal Justice, have retracted the following article:

The above article has been retracted as a result of the Editor and the Publisher determining, through post-publication review, that there is significant overlap in the underlying dataset and in the text, with a previously published article by the same authors, Mark H. Heirigs & Matthew D.
