The insertion of an endnote for the sentence “This study, for the first time, draws on a vast array of governmental and secondary resources and existing research as well as original data (e.g., correspondence with death row inmates)” on the second page and under the “Introduction” was missing. The citation of endnote “3” has been added after the following sentence “This study, for the…row inmates)” as “This study, for the first time, draws on a vast array of governmental and secondary resources and existing research as well as original data (e.g., correspondence with death row inmates)3” and the endnote text contains “The author did not conduct primary research on human participants, but instead consulted the research of others.”. Also, the subsequent endnotes have been renumbered.
