In volume 18, issue 2 of Applied Neuropsychology, p. 148 of the article titled “A Case of Malingering by Proxy in a Social Security Disability Psychological Consultative Examination” by Michael Chafetz and Erica Prentkowski, the 17-year-old adolescent female's SVS score was incorrectly reported as 19. Instead, it should read: “She obtained a total score of 21 on the SVS, with numerous Ganser-like errors and an RDS score of 0.” The authors apologize for the error.
