Abstract
A half-wavelength resonator based on single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) bundle is investigated for THz applications, with the multi-conductor transmission-line and equivalent single-conductor models. The performances of the resonator, including the resonant frequency and Q-factors, are discussed in detail. By properly selecting the tube diameter and bundle size, a high unloaded Q-factor of 240 can be achieved with the SWCNT bundle-based resonator for a specific resonant frequency.
