Abstract

The results of investigations of the effect of the strength of the magnetic field on the speed of rotation of the near-electrode areas are presented. It is shown that it is efficient to use binary hydrogen-containing mixtures for producing the gas atmosphere of the stabilized arc in plasma treatment.
