Abstract
Experimental results show that the productivity of welding of brush elements increases with an increase in the main parameters of the welding conditions. The method of two-sided ultrasound welding with the formation of the melt of the welded joint in the thick profiled area, corresponding to the gap in the brush holder, is proposed. The results show that in two-sided welding of brushes, the force required to pull the fibres from the brush is greater than that in one-sided welding. This shows that the results of two-sided welding of brushes are more stable.
