Kinetics of interaction of particles in the penetration channel in electron beam welding

Abstract

The results of analysis of the kinetics of the processes taking place during the passage of electrons of the electron beam through the channel are presented. The rate constant of ionization, which characterizes the number of interactions between the particles in the cross section of the electron beam (penetration channel), and also the magnitude of the charge which may form in the ionized vapour phase of the channel, are determined.
