Formalized description of the process of formation of the welded joint in resistance welding of wires

Abstract

It is shown that the restoration of worn shafts by resistance welding of two steel filler wires to one side of the component is an efficient and highly productive process. The formalized description of the process of formation of the welded joint in the solid phase is presented. The mathematical model can be used in the development of technological processes of reconditioning worn shafts.
