ABSTRACT

Thermal cycles for steel 15ХМ1FL manual arc welding with a stick electrode performed by reverse – stepwise method (RSM) with heating up to 300°C; by method of a cross slide (MCS) without heating and with heating up to 200°C are determined. The maximum temperatures of thermal cycles are set. Cooling rate in the range W06/5 = 8–10°С/s at MCS welding without heating gives grounds to recommend this method for industrial purposes.
