ABSTRACT
Large companies have been incessantly pursuing cost reduction, increased performance, and agility in decision-making to meet customers’ demands quickly. This paper presents a framework that allows efficient and agile implementation of Proofs of Concept, based on multicriteria evaluation from interoperability perspectives. The proposed model is based on a three-dimensional structure (cube) characterizing phases related to (i) the creation of a referential model, (ii) the evaluation of organizational maturity (diagnostic phase), and (iii) the proposition of a functional model. One case of an application with a high impact on the supply chain and logistics was used to evaluate the framework.
