Richard A. Higgott is a Professor of Politics and International Studies and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research), University of Warwick. He was Foundation Director of the ESRC Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation and is currently Director of the EU Framework 6 Network of Excellence on Global Governance, Regionalisation and Regulation. He is the editor of The Pacific Review.

Kim Richard Nossal is Sir Edward Peacock Professor of International Relations and Head of the Department of Political Studies at Queen's University. His most recent book, co-authored with Stéphane Roussel and Stéphane Paquin, is Politique internationale et défense au Canada et au Québec (2007).
