ABSTRACT
Human factors, including work-life balance and organisational learning capability, are postulated to influence innovation and overall organisational success. Despite their theoretical importance, empirical examinations, particularly within the transformation sector of Brazil, are limited. This study investigates the relationships between work-life balance, organisational learning capability, innovation performance, and organisational performance. Data from 354 companies were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modelling. The findings indicate positive correlations between work-life balance, organisational learning capability, innovation performance, and organisational performance. Further, organisational learning capability was identified as a significant determinant of both innovation performance and organisational performance. These results underscore the necessity for organisations to implement practices that enhance work-life balance and promote a learning environment to optimise innovation and organisational outcomes.
