Lily McElwee
Dr. Lily McElwee serves as a fellow in the Freeman Chair in China Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She is also a CSIS-USC U.S.-Korea NextGen scholar and formerly a DZ bank fellow in transatlantic business and finance with the American Council on Germany.
