Service Innovation in the Bulgarian Quality Wine Export Networks: Network Migration at a Macro-level

Abstract

Using a network analysis tool, the paper analyses the history and potential of the Bulgarian wine industry, arguing that shifts between volume and quality make sense in the light of the sector's changing environment, an environment that currently favours boutique production for export, coupled to boutique and volume production at home.
