Abstract

A case is reported of a male transsexual who sexually abused his daughter before and after sex reassignment. It later emerged that he suffered from a personality disorder with polymorphic sexual perversity pre- and post-operatively. The need for a comprehensive assessment before sex reassignment is emphasized
