When the above article was first published online, the title was incorrectly provided as ‘HRM in dynamic environments: Exploitative, exploratory, and ambidextrous HRM architectures’. The correct title for the article is ‘HRM in dynamic environments: Exploitative, exploratory, and ambidextrous HR architectures’. Also, Wolfgang H. Güttel’s affiliation was misspelled as ‘Johannes Keppler University’ instead of ‘Johannes Kepler University’.

This has now been corrected in both the print and online versions.
