Mesures d'adsorption du cadmium sur les sediments du lac de comabbio ‐ italie du nord

Abstract

A multiple linear regression analysis of results of adsorption tests on lake sediments, so conducted as to reach a cadmium content of these equivalent to a maximum of 5% of their surface area, revealed a linear relationship between cadmium contents of the sediments and initial concentration of water phase. Adsorption kinetics are fast (content of cadmium at 1 min. = 0.7 content at 1000 min.). Solid phase/ liquid phase partition depends on sediments concentration, however, it does not depend on the total surface area. An equation for the adsorption isotherm has been established.

L'analyse par régression linéaire multiple des résultats d'essais d'adsorption de cadmium sur des sédiments lacustres, réalisés de manière à obtenir une teneur de ceux‐ci correspondant à 5% maximum de leur surface d'adsorption, a montré una variation linéaire de la teneur en cadmium des sédiments avec la concentration de départ en cadmium de la phase liquide. La cinétique d'adsorption est rapide (teneur en Cd à 1 min. = 0,7 teneur à 1000 min.). La répartition entre phases solide et liquide varie avec la concentration en sédiments, mais est indépendante de la surface disponible pour l'adsorption. L'isotherme d'adsorption a été mis en équation.
