When the above article was first published online, the name of the third author was wrongly written as Rasmussen-Barr Eva. This has now been corrected to Eva Rasmussen-Barr.

As per the author’s request, we have made the following modifications in the legends of Figures 1 and 2:

  1. The legend of Figure 1, “The respondents’ use of various clinical tests. The vertical pillars present ‘always, very often, and often’ in percentage of use (0–100%)” has been modified as “The respondents’ use of various clinical tests. The blue vertical pillars present ‘always, very often, and often’ in percentage of use (0–100%).”

  2. The legend of Figure 2, “Respondents’ use of PROMs included in the survey. The vertical pillars present ‘always, very often, and often’ in percentage of use (0–100%)” has been modified as “Respondents’ use of PROMs included in the survey. The blue vertical pillars present ‘always, very often, and often’ in percentage of use (0–100%).”
