1. The decision of the Tribunal of Commissioners in CIS/3573/2005 (and related decisions) is currently under appeal sub nom. Abdirahman & Ullusow v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions. The Northern Ireland Court of Appeal has recently (9 May 2007) rejected the appeal against the commissioner's decision in Zalewska.
