When the article was first published online, the caption for Figure 5 was set incorrectly as “Shift in the supply curve due to absences from workrelated to child-related leave” with no spacing between the words work related.

The Table about the summary of parental leave has not been placed under the relevant section.

The above mentioned errors have now been corrected in the Original version.
