Abstract
The authors describe an experiment of classroom intervention using educational technology to boost the teaching/learning and social development processes in obligatory secondary education. The experiment was carried out in the context of the implementation of Spain s Educational Reform. Students were distributed into groups and working cooperatively developed hypermedia on topics of Physics and Chemistry over the course of three academic years. Debate and analysis of the results of the investigations led the authors to modify their way of understanding teaching in a sense that they perceive as professional improvement, with a shift towards new practical decisions and new research proposals.
