Thesis title: The cultural conditioning of the workplace adaptation for employees with disabilities in Polish firms.

This study aims to examine the role of different element of the organizational culture play in adaptation for persons with disability in the workplace, the relationship between perception of organizational culture by employees with disabilities and by their supervisors and the process of workplace adaptation. Research was designed according to a functionalist paradigm, conducted in organizations employing people with disabilities, operating in Poland.
The results of the study show that even in organizations that accept disability and employ people with disabilities, management is not critical enough in assessing the adaptation of culture to the needs of this group of employees.
