The determinants of expatriates relocation intention

Abstract

By the emerging of the internationalization so enterprises expand their overseas markets, it makes enterprises are facing the problems for how to appoint the suitable employees to maintain the operation of overseas market for the employees who are willing to perform the overseas assignment task. If these employees are with much enthusiasm, also have the work zealousness and good adaption so that it will have higher success-ratio for overseas assignment task naturally. This research hopes to use literature review to discuss the relationship between employees’ career and relocation intention. The result will give personnel suggestions for recruiting expatriates for relocation.
