Influence of college students’ leadership on innovative behavior: On the mediating effect of policy perception

Abstract

The eighteen Party’s Fifth Plenary Session put forward the concept of innovation development, advocating innovation become common practice in the whole society. As a reserve force of high-tech knowledge, college students have great potential to create. On the basis of summarizing the existing experience, this study explores the mechanism of College Students’ leadership on innovative behavior, constructs the theoretical model of policy perception as the mediating variable, and uses the relevant data to verify the model.
