A study on leadership behaviors of coach, team climate, and team cohesion- an example of football players

Abstract

Rapidly mastering and effectively applying knowledge would be the key success factors for enterprises in the knowledge economy era. Internal knowledge flow, on the other hand, is the key factor in enterprises rapidly mastering and effectively applying knowledge. The acquisition, creation, and conservation of knowledge as well as the effective utilization of knowledge have become the key success factors in individual and enterprise competition. Possessing and using knowledge through knowledge exchange to maintain the core competitive capability of enterprises could not only resist the competition of other international businesses, but could further present the vitality and advantage in the international stage.

International businesses in Taiwan are selected as the research subjects in this study. Total 500 copies of questionnaire are distributed and collected through emails to supervisors and employees in top ten international businesses, ranked by Taiwan Ratings, in Taiwan. 327 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 65%. The research results reveal 1.the better organizational learning process, the more knowledge outflow of subsidiaries, 2.the higher subsidiary autonomy degree of international businesses, the better organizational learning process, and 3.the higher subsidiary autonomy degree of international businesses, the larger knowledge outflow. It is expected to propose suggestions, according to the research results, for the knowledge management and flow of domestic international businesses.
