Construction and selection of continuous sampling plan of type (CSP-T) indexed through maximum allowable average outgoing quality

Abstract

In this paper, we have introduced a novel designing and selection procedure of continuous sampling plan (CSP-T) indexed through Maximum Allowable Average Outgoing Quality (MAAOQ). Expressions for performance measures such as Operating Characteristic function and MAAOQ function are derived in this paper. The association of Average Outgoing Quality Level (AOQL), Maximum Allowable Percent Defective (MAPD) and MAAOQ in CSP-T are discussed. Comparisons between various CSPs plans are given. Tables and figures are constructed for easy selection of plan parameters.
