Abstract
Based on the perspective of the process of knowledge transfer, this study empirically examines the impact of community incentives and user-enterprise communication on the knowledge transfer performance of enterprise and its mechanism. The analysis of the data from 165 user communities by the method of hierarchical regression find community incentives has a significantly positive impact on user-enterprise communication and knowledge transfer performance of enterprise; user-enterprise communication plays a mediating role between the community incentives and the knowledge transfer performance of enterprise; The absorptive capacity of enterprise has the moderating effect between user-enterprise communication and the knowledge transfer performance of enterprise.
