A reliable sequence controller design methodology based on SMT framework

可靠順序控制器的設計法一以SMT爲架構

Abstract

This paper presents a design methodology based on SMT (Supervisor-Monitor-Troubleshooter) framework to construct a reliable sequence controller. In the SMT framework, the supervisor conducts normal process control, the monitor detects fault occurrences, and tho troubleshooter performs fault diagnosis and recovery. The three components colla.borate with each other to enhance process reliability. The design of supervisor, monitor, and troubleshooter is sequentially presented. Via the proposed methodology, a sequence controller can be systematically constructed. Consequently, programming and debugging efforts arc greatly reduced. A mold filling process is also employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme's design and implementation.

摘要

本文提出一可靠順序控制器的設計法,該設計法係以SMT爲架構,內含監控器(supervisor) 、偵察器(monitor)及維修器(troubleshooter):監控器負資正常程序的控制;偵察器负資異常偵測;維修器负資異常診斷與回復。在製程運作中,三者相互協調以提昇作業可靠度。文中說明協調機構與如何設計監控器、偵察器及維修器。設計者可由該法,系統化構建順序控制器,並使程式撰寫與除錯更爲容易。而文中以一灌摸製程爲例,說明如何設計與實作。
