摘要
本研究主要在探討零工工廠動態生產排程中最常面臨之“訂單異動”問題,如機器損壞,停工待料,員工請假,緊急插單等,我們將歸納出訂單異動之原因,及其對原有排程(Original Schedule)之衝擊,再發展一迅速有效之主動反應式排程法則,以處理因訂單異動所造成之干擾。另外就工廠最常見的緊急插單問題,本研究亦提出一緊急插單排序調整法則,以迅速產生一合理可行之新排程,來解決工廠之重新排序問題。
Abstract
This paper investigates the dynamic job shop scheduling problems when the shop incurs the random disturbances such as machine breakdowns, order changes, rush orders, ..., etc.. We characterize the reasons of order changes and the impact of these disturbances to the original schedule. Then we develop a reactive rescheduling procedure to reduce the impact of these random disturbances. In addition, this paper also provides a quick rescheduling procedure for the rush order problem. A new schedule can be quickly reproduced for the rescheduling problem of the rush order on the shop floor.
