油壓夾具元件選取決策之電腦輔助系統開發

摘要

在機械製造追求全面自動化的過程中,爲避免夾持規劃環節成爲自動化生產的瓶頸,影響生產效率,必須尋求有效的決策方法進行夾具元件選用、夾持方式規劃與夾持工作操作。由於油壓夾具的應用容易達到操作自動化的目標。所以本論文著眼於進行油壓夾具元件選用的電腦輔助支援系統之開發。本硏究採集現今國內外常用油壓夾具型錄資料,擷取夾具元件特徵,建立智慧型油壓元件選用決策系統。此系統包括元件資料庫,完整納入元件幾何與非幾何特性資料,如圖檔、尺寸資料等;並建立工件幾何、加工資訊與油壓夾具元件特徵間的決策知識庫,配合夾具元件資料庫,使此類夾具元件的選用能透過電腦執行決策程式而自動產生。最後以一航太零組件爲例,說明此系統的執行成果。本系統的開發,期能藉由油壓元件的採用及其自動選取的決策能力,減低實務產業在夾持規劃的工作負擔,達到節省人力與時間的生產目標。

Abstract

In order to achieve the high machining efficiency, it is important to select proper fixture elements, plan their location, and install and operate them efficiently and effectively for workholding. Considering the ease and popularity using hydraulic fixture elements, this paper focuses on the development of computer-aided selection system for hydraulic fixtures. Through the acquisition of experts' knowledge. critical features of hydraulic fixture elements are extracted and the corresponding parametric data are built so that the data can be easily accessed in a database management system. Further, rules for fixture element selection are established based on workpart geometry and machining conditions. Combining fixture element database, workpart drawings, and decision rules, the computer-aided system can be used to simplify the tasks of fixture element selection and data management. An example is depicted to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the system. The objective of this paper is to develop a practical computer-aided hydraulic fIXture system that can assist manufacturing systems in reducing time and cost of production planning.
