Darstellung eines für Wiederkäuer allgemeingültigen 3-Pool-Modells des N-Umsatzes

Abstract

On the basic of an existing 3-pool-kompartment-model of the N-turnover for lading cows was make a method to determine the N-turnover applicable also for non lacting ruminants. This is possible through take the measurement of ¹⁵N-frequency in the NPN-pool only and use mathematical methods. Knowledge of ¹⁵N-frequency in the amino acid pool is not necessary.
