Abstract
A new compound, 3′(R)-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-3′,4′-dihydroxanthyletin (1), and a known compound, prim-O-glucosylcimifugin (2), were isolated from the roots of Peucedanum dissolutum. The structure of 1 was elucidated by spectral evidence and chemical reaction. The NMR signals of carbons and protons of 2 were assigned for the first time by analysis of 1H–1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC spectra.
