Notice of change to the Editorial Board

&

New Editors

Drs. Andrew Paterson and Andrea Smith assumed the role of editors of Lake and Reservoir Management (LRM) on 1 January 2020. Dr. Ken Wagner served as editor for two terms, most recently in 2018–19. Dr. Wagner will resume his previous role as an associate editor and editorial board member. Andrew Paterson is a long-term member of NALMS and has served as an associate editor with LRM since 2010. He is an adjunct professor at three Canadian universities and has worked as a research scientist with the Ontario government since 2002. Andrea Smith is a senior environmental scientist at Hutchinson Environmental Sciences Ltd., where she works on aquatic invasive species, species at risk, and environmental impact assessment. The new editors have been working closely with former editors Ken Wagner and Al Sosiak to ensure a seamless transition and will continue to ensure high-quality publications and timely and fair reviews.

We thank Ken Wagner for his many years of service to LRM and welcome Andrew and Andrea as the new editors.

Associate Editors

Reviewers and associate editors (AEs) contribute greatly to the quality of the manuscripts published in Lake and Reservoir Management. All reviewers and AEs are volunteers, are well regarded in their fields, and manage busy professional and personal lives. We offer our sincere thanks to our reviewers and the entire editorial board for their service to LRM. In particular, we would like to recognize the outstanding contributions of three associate editors who have recently retired, or will soon retire, from LRM’s editorial board after many years of dedicated service:

  • Damian Adams served 7 years (2012–2018);

  • Marty Kelly served 25 years (1995–2019);

  • Chris Holdren served 22 years (1999–2020).
