Acknowledgments

Tracey Holland is a visiting assistant professor in the Education Department at Vassar College. She holds a Ph.D. in International Education from New York University and a Masters degree from Teachers College, Columbia University. The United States Institute of Peace (USIP) funds her current research on human rights education's impact in post-conflict nations.
