Jake Lynch

Jake Lynch is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Sydney. Before taking up an academic post, he enjoyed a 20-year spell in professional journalism, with roles including Political Correspondent (at Westminster); Sydney correspondent (for the Independent); and on-air presenter for BBC Television News. He received the 2017 Luxembourg Peace Prize for his work in the theory and practice of peace journalism, a field in which he is the most published and most quoted author. E-mail: [email protected]
