1The National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition developed and launched text4baby in February 2010 along with founding partners Voxiva, Johnson & Johnson, CTIA–The Wireless Foundation, and Grey Healthcare Group. Now with more than 60 local and national partners, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, text4baby provides free text messages in either English or Spanish to expectant or new moms. Messages are targeted to lower income and underserved populations. Users may sign up online or by texting “Bebe” (or “Baby” for English) to 511411 For more information, see text4baby.org
