Editorial Note

I am pleased to publish the fourth Editor's Special Issue of Radiation Effects and Defects in Solids, I am excited that we have sustained this as a popular and longstanding tradition among our editorial colleagues. Once more I would like to thank all the contributing colleagues and their co-authors for their sincere works that went in to produce this interesting issue. We plan to publish the next Editor's Special in early 2020.
