AN EFFICIENT CONVERSION OF ALDEHYDES TO THEIR CORRESPONDING ACYLALS WITH P₂O₅/SiO₂ UNDER MILD CONDITION

Abstract

A combination of P₂O₅ and SiO₂ was used for an efficient conversion of aldehydes to their corresponding acylals with excellent yields at room temperature under mild conditions.
