Synthesis of α-Heterocyclic α-Aminophosphonates,¹ Part II: Morpholine, Piperidine, Pyrrolidine, Tetrahydrofurylmethylamine, N-Benzyl-N-Methylamine, and Aniline Derivatives

Abstract

α,α-Diaminomethyl phosphonate derivatives were synthesized by N-alkylation of nitrogen heterocycles or primary amines with diethyl α-bromo-α-aminomethyl phosphonate.
