Phosphorylated Imines in the Synthesis of Heterocyclic Compounds Bearing an Aminophosphonate Moiety

Abstract

Highly reactive C-phosphorylated imines (imidoylphosphonates) are promising building blocks for the preparation of heterocyclic compounds with aminophosphonate moiety. The heterocyclization can be realized with the participation of C˭N, C˭N‒C˭O, or C˭N‒C bonds of imines to give highly functionalized 5- and 6-membered phosphorylated heterocycles.
