Chemistry with and Around Thioacids

Abstract

Solution and polymer-supported methods for the facile generation of amino acid and peptide-based thioacids are described and the application of these thioacids in peptide, cyclic peptide, glycoconjugate, and glycopeptide synthesis are described.
