Synthesis and Reactivity of an 1,3-Oxazin-6-one Derived from α-Aminophosphonate

Abstract

A synthetic route for a phosphorylated 1,3-oxazin-6-one has been described, its reactivity towards nucleophiles and heterodienophiles has been assessed, and new α-dehydro-aminophosphonate derivatives are obtained.
